Where We Ship

Chaos Made currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Dispatch

Orders are normally posted on Fridays. Please allow up to seven calendar days for dispatch, plus delivery time. Orders received after the Friday parcels have been prepared may go out the following Friday.

If a bank holiday, time away, or an unexpected problem affects dispatch, we will let you know the revised timing. If we need to confirm an alternative colour combination, we will agree the choice and dispatch timing with you before posting.

Postage and Packaging

UK postage and packaging for the current bread bag is £5 for the first bag and £2 for each additional bag in the same order. The total shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Other products may have different rates, which will be shown at checkout.

Delivery and Tracking

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver within two to three working days after dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Busy periods, bank holidays, and postal disruption can cause delays.

We will provide tracking details when your order is dispatched.

Delivery Problems

Please check your delivery address before ordering. If it needs correcting, email chaos-made@mvl3.com as soon as possible. We can update it if the parcel has not already been posted.

If your parcel is late, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will follow up with Royal Mail and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where required. You do not need to make a claim against Royal Mail yourself.

We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to you or someone you have nominated to receive it.
