Orders and Payment

We sell handmade goods for delivery within the United Kingdom. Please check the product description, dimensions, care information, colour preference, and delivery address before placing your order.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the items in your basket. We will send an order acknowledgement, but a contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will let you know and refund any payment taken.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The total payable, including delivery charges and any applicable taxes, is displayed at checkout before payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Chaos Made does not receive or store your complete payment-card details.

Colour Preferences and Availability

If a product offers a colour preference, that choice is subject to the materials available when we process the order. We will not send a different combination without your agreement.

If your preferred combination is unavailable, we will contact you and offer the available alternatives. If none is suitable, you may cancel the affected item for a full refund, including any delivery charge that no longer applies. We will not treat silence as agreement to a substitution.

Handmade Details

Small differences in stitching, finish, and measurements are part of handmade work. Any relevant measurement tolerance will be included in the product description. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens, but the item must still match its description and any combination agreed with you.

Please follow the supplied use and care instructions. These notes do not remove your rights if goods are faulty, unsafe, or not as described.

Delivery, Cancellations, and Problems

Our Shipping and Delivery policy explains dispatch, delivery, tracking, and charges. Our Returns and Refunds policy explains cancellation rights, returns, and what happens if something goes wrong. These policies form part of these terms.

If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you promptly and refund any payment for the unfulfilled part of the order, including delivery charges that no longer apply. We will not increase the price of an existing order or charge for a replacement without your agreement.

Our Content

The Chaos Made name, logo, product photographs, and original written content belong to Minor Ventures Limited or their respective rights holders. Please ask before reproducing them for commercial use. You are welcome to share links to this website.

Your Rights and These Terms

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights, liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in place when you order apply to that order unless we agree a change with you.
